SmartHeat Deutschland GmbH has successfully reached the first stage of the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" 2018 and is thus on the nomination list.

The annual competition since 1995 is sponsored by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation and is intended to give medium-sized companies recognition for their economic and social achievements. The annual call invites municipalities and associations, institutions and companies to propose outstanding mid-sized companies to the competition for nomination. The companies do not apply themselves to participate in the competition, but are recommended by third parties.

At the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes", the company as a whole is considered, it does not count only numbers, innovations or jobs. Rather, it is also about its complex role within society, such as its involvement in the region as well as service and customer proximity.

Already this entry in the list honors us and fills us with pride, because: "Anyone who has been nominated here has already received an award of 1st quality through this selection", says Barbara Stamm, President of the Bavarian State Parliament.
