Successful Apprenticeship Day 2025 at SmartHeat
This year's Apprenticeship Day, initiated by the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce, was once again a resounding success for SmartHeat. With great dedication and commitment, we gave nearly 100 young people the opportunity to experience our apprenticeships in a practical, hands-on, and enjoyable way.
From our office management clerks to mechatronics technicians for refrigeration technology (m/f/d) to electronics technicians for devices and systems (m/f/d), the students were able to experience firsthand how exciting and varied the work in our company is.
For us, this event is more than just an open house: it's part of our responsibility for the early career guidance of young people. We are proud that, through our efforts, we have given many young people practical insights into various professions and supported them in their orientation for their future career choices.
