17 years of heat pumps from the classic series make us proud and we dare to take a long look back. An idea quickly emerged: ask users about their experiences. So we looked for a family who owned one of the first classics and of course we quickly found one.
In a small town in Mecklenburg we met a family who decided on a classic heat pump for their new single-family home in 2001. Even though the appearance of the house had changed over the years due to structural adjustments and the family had doubled in size, the heating system had not changed. People here are happy to look back with us, satisfied and smiling.
When you think about the entire construction phase, there are plenty of things you would rather forget. But with the heat pump it was different from the start. Nosy neighbors who wonder what you are burying in the garden or inquiring relatives who want to be sure that you know what you are doing are mentioned. Even grandfather wanted to have socks knitted for visitors so that he wouldn't have to freeze. Today, he is also an enthusiastic heat pump fan. But there is another interesting story about the heat pump, because suddenly television was at the door. The couple were officially asked by NDR whether they would open their house to them and answer questions about the heating. After one day of filming, the recordings for the show "Markt im Dritten" were completed and broadcast. And once again the small classic heat pump in the utility room was the center of attention.
During our conversation, it quickly became apparent that this was not just about technology, but a decision for life. The family of four is still completely happy with the decision and with the classic heat pump heating system. We would like to thank you for the valuable insights.
